I encourage you to put Beth Wiseman's books on your To Be Read list. Three of Beth's books are up for 2010 Carol Awards. Texas born and bred, Wiseman, a former newspaper reporter and humor columnist, is the author of the "Daughters of the Promise" series set among the Amish. Her work has made the Association for Christian Retail and the Evangelical Christian Publishers Association best selling lists.
