Last night we had this crazy storm come through at about 2:30 a.m. It hit hard and I could tell we were going to lose power. As I ran downstairs out it went. I was going to check my weather radio to make sure it had batteries in it. Sure enough it did. Rayovac batteries that I’d forgotten to change!
Thankfully the power was only out for a minute, but I wasn’t sure if it’d go out again. I’d brought the wrong size batteries down with me so I had to run back upstairs to get 4AA.
