Sprucing Up Lunch with Michelina's! #MakeItYourMichelinas

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Michelina's for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

One of my favorite foods to eat is Italian. I could probably eat some form of Italian food on a daily basis and never get tired of it. The only issue is coming up with ways to that aren't the same as it's been every single time I've made it. I admit, I'm not Miss Creative always coming up with the best ideas on how to spruce up the same ol' same ol.

Now that I stay at home, I've run into the issue of making something for lunch, something I never used to do. So the challenge is, how do you Make It Your Michelina’s? They have a lot of meals that can be made "new" or "fun" by adding even just one ingredient.

After searching around I've found numerous ideas that have my mouth watering and not only that, they are ones my boys would probably enjoy as well! Check out some of these and let me know what you think:

Chicken Paremesan Bites

Seafood Alfredo (Fred and I could sink our teeth into that, especially with asparagus as a side)
Fettucini Alfredo with Mozzerella Bruschetta

Penne with White Chicken and Brocooli
Franks 'n' Cheese (this would definitely be my boys)

There are just so many ways to make pasta new and fresh. I think I'd have to find a way to add avocado and tomato to one of the recipes. And what I like about these meals is that they're perfect for one serving. Trying to find a meal-in-one that's delicious, healthy and quick doesn't have to be so challenging, especially with all of Michelina's offerings!

How do you take your lunch from "blah" to "Ahhh!"? Any secrets or suggestions for me?

I love to pick up a couple of Michelinas to have on hand when I need to take something easy for lunch.
