Here are the Star Wars Legos Buddy got for Christmas. He did an amazing job putting them together. Huge shout out to grandma who broke the bank for my son’s presents. He grabbed my camera and started snapping

My dirty, stinky boys who are always in need of a shower, we really need to talk.
Yes, you have to take showers. I know that kills you because you’d rather be doing something else, but they’re required!
Now, the issue comes in with the order of these showers. Is there really that big of a difference who goes first? In the grand scheme of things, who cares which one of you gets clean first?
When it comes to sibling rivalry, how does taking a shower fall into this category. So you went first last week and now you have to go first again? Everyone run for cover because the world must be coming to an end!
I know there will come a day when you actually WANT to take a shower, especially because girls will like you much better. I’d just like that day to come a little sooner than I know it will.
Until then, when I say it’s shower time, I want you guys to rush to be first, ok? Let’s all live in mom’s little fantasy world, at least for a short time. Thanks.

PS Boys, Mimi from Screaming Mimi brought up another point that I thought is important to share. Once you get in this shower you're trying to avoid, coming out 20 minutes later (Buddy) with that little body is a bit long dontcha think? Doodle, your 5 minute showers in no way constitute a full shower. In and out in 10 minutes. You can do it! Don't forget those dirty ankles!
I had wanted to start a photography project at the beginning of the year, but since I’m not a planner, we’re already on day 8 of the new year and I’ve not joined one project. Until now that is!
Thankfully I’ve had the opportunity to take photos this week. My boys got their hair cut, but being the ever bad and unfair mom, only took photos of Doodle afterwards. I just loved how the gal did his hair. Oh my goodness, he just ate up that attention and thought he looked like the cat’s meow.
I was going to add photos of Buddy’s basketball game today, but the camera battery is low which will take forever to charge and download..blah, blah, blah.
PS My original post was a lot more lively, but my computer shut off w/out warning and I hadn’t saved my post yet. UGH so I lost my post-by-the-seat-of-my-pants inspiration! Sorry!

My Review:
First of all what drew me to the book was the beautiful cover. It’s gorgeously illustrated by David Hohn. The illustrations throughout the book are beautiful and work wonderfully with the story.
I loved the different ways someone can describe being loved, especially in a way that a child can understand. How high, wide and deep does God love me? Those are some of the basic ways a child might ask how God loves them so Dandi brings in some fun and sweet ways as well. Is God’s love soft or how loud is His love. Don’t those questions just beg an answer?
I thoroughly enjoyed this book and wish my kids were just toddler or preschoolers.

Ok, so since March of last year I’ve had two blogs. This one and Marvelous Mom Reviews.
Why have I had two blogs? Because I figured people would prefer to not read my personal stuff, mostly at the time my Christian book reviews, along with my product reviews. I had the bright idea to create a second site specifically for giveaways.
Now I’m struggling wondering if I made the right choice. I have to keep up both sites, which might not seem to be that big of a deal to the average Jane, but for me it’s just not that easy. I’m distracted by both sites and feel like I get nothing accomplished.
Ugh, if I combine both sites anyone who wants to read just my reviews and giveaways will have to deal with my personal stuff and Christian diatribe (which I don’t know the last time I went on and on about my faith).
People who come here because they think I’m so spectacularly fascinating will have to endure the giveaways and reviews I enjoy doing.
Then, the biggest issue (which has multiple parts) is doing away with my Marvelous Mom Reviews site. Sigh…This is such a quandary. Has anyone combined or separated their blogs and have an opinion for me?
I could really use some advice.
Who knows, maybe a year from now I’ll still have two blogs and wondering what I should do. You need to know I’m wishy washy and have a hard time making decisions. Welcome to my life!
