Kingston Technology Review

ktc_logo_hm Until I received the Kingston Technology Data Traveler Locker+ I had never personally used a USB before. Shocking I know in this day and age, but true. I am seriously considering getting a laptop and there are a few items I’d like to move with me from my desktop to the laptop.

There are a number of things I didn’t consider before I tried using the Kingston. I had no clue how much a USB could hold. With an 8GB one, I think it’ll be some time before I get to the end of it! 8GB in such a small piece of hardware. I know, I’m still impressed with technology!

I hadn’t even considered that if someone found your USB drive laying on the ground somewhere they’d take it and use the information on it, not to see if they could find you to give it back, but use the information for their own purposes!

Thankfully, the Kingston Data Traveler Locker+ gives you that security. I found that out before I had even put anything on it. I forgot I had already set it up. When I went in and couldn’t remember any of my security information, I was offered to lose all the information on the Drive and start all over again. Glad I was able to retrieve my info! It was a great first hand experience seeing how the security works!

When I visited the Data Traveler Locker+ page, I wanted to get to know more about it. I wanted to understand all the potential it had to keep my information secure. I had to start at the beginning and that’s where the Instructional Video came in so handy!

Here’s some information about the Kingston Technology Data Traveler Locker+:DataTraveler_Locker_plus_v2_badge
